This hotel offers great value for money - newly renovated, clean and nice. The staff were polite and tried their best to make our stay pleasant. The location, tucked away on a hill, provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Plus, it's just 20 minutes away from the beautiful town of Montepulciano. The breakfast had a good variety of food choices, although some fresh vegetables or fruits could be added.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast offers a variety of options to start the day off right.
One minor improvement could be made in terms of communication with English-speaking guests.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the free on-site parking and the polite staff. the location, close to the hot springs, made it easy to enjoy this key attraction. it was pleasant to have a clean room with a comfortable bed.
To begin with, the hotel was difficult to find and located on a steep hill.

During Christmas, we had a pleasant stay at a hotel in a great location. The hotel had free parking and friendly staff who were always polite and hospitable. The breakfast was good and filled us up for the day ahead. the room had all the necessary amenities and was cozy and warm.
That the wifi was not reliable and kept disconnecting. , the walls were thin, which made it easy to hear noises from other rooms.
